AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 3,88,895 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on September 29, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<br/><br/>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 471,85,34,196 (235,92,67,098 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 471,93,11,986 (235,96,55,993 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
