AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank, on May 18, 2016, has passed a resolution approving the allotment of two Senior Notes aggregating to USD 10,000,000 (USD Ten Million only) each, under the MTN Programme through its Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) branch.
