With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 27, 2014 intimating that the Board at its meeting held on June 27, 2014 has decided to appoint Shri Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, President and CFO as an Executive Director of the Bank with effect from the date as approved by Reserve Bank of India, AXIS Bank Ltd has now informed BSE that the Bank has received approval of Reserve Bank of India and accordingly, Shri Sanjeev Kumar Gupta has taken charge as Executive Director with effect from September 04, 2014.
