AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 1,68,185 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on September 01, 2014 pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<br/><br/>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 471,66,15,424 (235,83,07,712 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 471,69,51,794 (235,84,75,897 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
