AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 1,72,540 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on November 16, 2015 pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,63,23,560 (237,81,61,780 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,66,68,640 (237,83,34,320 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
