AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 1,41,180 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on May 09, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4,77,06,44,826 (238,53,22,413 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 477,09,27,186 (238,54,63,593 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
