AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 2,53,420 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on September 08, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<br/><br/>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 471,69,51,794 (235,84,75,897 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 471,74,58,634 (235,87,29,317 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
