AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 1,82,800 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on February 08, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,98,51,962 (237,99,25,981 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 476,02,17,562 (238,01,08,781 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
