AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 3,65,835 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on December 15, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4,72,46,04,696 (2,36,23,02,348 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 4,72,53,36,366 (2,36,26,68,183 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
