AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 3,07,418 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on November 24, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.<br/><br/>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4,72,29,31,652 (2,36,14,65,826 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 4,72,35,46,488 (2,36,17,73,244 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
