AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank vide Resolution passed by Circulation on October 30, 2015 allotted 30000 Senior Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (Series - 2) of the face value of Rs. 10 lakh each for cash at par aggregating to Rs. 3000 crores, on a private placement basis. The said Debentures will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.<BR><BR>The said Debentures are rated "AAA" by CRISIL, CARE and ICRA.
