AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on April 25, 2016 and which continued on April 26, 2016 which concluded upto 5.15 p.m, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend @ Rs. 6 per equity share of Rs. 2 each i.e. 250% on equity shares of the Bank for the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank to be held on July 22, 2016. The said dividend, if approved, will be paid from July 25, 2016.
