Films and Media Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Stakeholders Relationship Committee (formerly known as Investor Grievance Committee) of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2015, inter alia, for considering the application and consequently allotment of equity shares of the Company, by conversion of warrants, at a price of Rs. 3.40/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 1.40/- per share). | |
