Bacil Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 02, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Mrs. Amruta Kothari, Practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2015 and tor the Financial Year ending March 31, 2016 in pursuance of Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 9 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personal) Rules, 2014.<BR><BR>2. Approved and adopted Code of Conduct for Trading in Securities Listed or Proposed to be listed of the Company and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information as required under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
