Bacil Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2015, has decided the following:<BR><BR>1. The Company has initiated discussion with jairaj Chemicals to lease out manufacturing facilities situated at MIDC Lote. Mr. Prakash Shah is authorized to finalize the terms and conditions with Jairaj Chemicals.<BR><BR>2. To appoint Dr. Sneha Shah as a Non-executive woman Director on the Board of the Company after completion of required formalities.<BR><BR>3. The Company Secretary of the Company will be appointed after receipt of application and selection of suitable candidate.
