Bajaj Auto Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 50 per share (500%) subject to approval of shareholders.<BR><BR>Further, dividend on equity shares, if declared at the annual general meeting scheduled on July 23, 2015, will be credited / dispatched around. July 27 /28, 2015.
