| Shri Kevin D''sa, President (Finance) & CFO of the Company for many years & aged 65 would be relinquishing the position of CFO with effect from the close of business hours of 17 May 2019 and will therefore cease to be a KMP<BR> of the Company from that date and on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and due to the vacancy in the position CFO, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Shri Soumen Ray, Joint President (Finance) of the Company, as the CFO and KMP of the Company, with effect from 18 May 2019.<BR> <BR> Consequent to the above, Shri Soumen Ray has been made by the board as one of the authorised officials with effect from 18 May 2019 for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to the stock exchange(s). The other authorized officials for the purpose of determining materiality and making disclosures under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 would remain unchanged. | |
