Bajaj Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that:<BR><BR>1. the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on May 30, 2016 appointed Shri Anuj Poddar and Shri Siddharth Mehta as additional directors on the board of the Company under the category Non-Executive & Independent Director.<BR><BR>2. an interim dividend, approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on March 10, 2016 and paid to the shareholders on March 28, 2016, at the rate of Rs. 2.80 per share (140%) of face value of Rs. 2 each on equity shares of the Company has been confirmed by the Board of Directors today as final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
