Bajaj Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of BEL Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for Purchase/Sale of shares of the Company is closed for the Designated Employees, which includes Directors and Officers, from April 01, 2014. The Trading Window will open 24 hours after the announcement by the Company of its Audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.
