Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we have to inform you that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. on December<BR> 2, 2019, allotted 12675 equity shares of Rs.2 each, fully paid-up, in the Company to 9 employee stock option grantees on their exercise of options granted under ESOP.<BR> <BR> Post this allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company comprise of 102469126 equity shares of Rs.2 each fully paid up amounting to Rs.20,49,38,252/-.<BR> <BR> Kindly put this on the Notice Board for the information of the investors and general public.
