Bajaj Finserv Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.75 per share (35%) subject to approval of shareholders.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, dividend on equity shares, if declared at the annual general meeting scheduled on July 22, 2015, will be credited / dispatched around July 27 / 28, 2015.
