| Bajaj Finserv Ltd has informed BSE that the Reserve Bank of India had issued to the Company a Certificate of Registration dated October 30, 2009 under section 45-IA of the RBI Act, 1934 to carry on the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution (non-deposit taking).<BR><BR>In response to the application made by the Company, to better reflect the nature of business of the Company, RBI vide its Order dated October 23, 2015, received by the Company on November 02, 2015, has accorded its approval for conversion of the Company into a Core Investment Company, not requiring registration with RBI & has accordingly cancelled the Certificate of Registration as NBFC earlier issued to the Company. | |
