Bajaj Finserv Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 05, 2014 to July 16, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 16, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, payment of dividend when declared at the Seventh Annual General Meeting being convened on July 16, 2014 will be credited / dispatched on July 21, 2014 and / or July 22, 2014.
