Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd has informed BSE that due to operational and financial difficulties faced by the Sugar Industry in the State of Uttar Pradesh and for the reasons beyond the Company's control, the Company has decided not to commence/ suspend its operations at all of its 14 (fourteen) sugar mills.<br/><br/>Further the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the letter dated August 07, 2014 addressed to the Cane Commissioner, Govt. of U.P. and other concerned authorities mentioning the reasons for not to commence operations/suspension of operations of all its sugar units of the Company.
