Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Shri Rajkumar Lohia, who was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for the term of Five (5) years w.e.f. April 01, 2014 as per Section 149, 152 and other applicable provisions and Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014, has resigned from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. August 29, 2015 which has been duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company by way of Circular Resolution passed Under Section 175 of the Companies Act, 2013.
