Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<br/><br/>- Re-designation of Dr. Mahendra Kumar Sharma from Additional Director to Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company and appointment thereof for a period of Five (5) years and the remuneration paid/ payable to Dr. Mahendra Kumar Sharma in accordance with Schedule V of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
