This is with reference to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we hereby to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Wednesday, 9th August, 2017 approved the appointment of Mr. Divyanshu Vyas (ACS 49516) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP) of the Company with effect from 19th August 2017 in place of Mr. Rahul Patwi (ACS 31537), who has resigned and will relieve from the position of a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP) w.e.f 19th August, 2017.<BR> <BR> Mr. Divyanshu Vyas is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also a Law Graduate having an experience in the fields of compliance and company secretarial function in a listed company.<BR>
