Bal Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Hasumati Pravin Siroya who was part of the promoter group of the Company by holding 2,83,500 equity shares of Rs. 10 each constituting 2.55% of the paid up capital of the Company, has opted to exit herself from the promoter group of the Company, citing personal reasons.<br/><br/>The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 02, 2014 after reviewing the request of Ms. Hasumati Pravin Siroya has noted/agreed to offer her an exit from the promoter group with immediate effect.
