Sub : Out Come of the Board Meeting.<BR> <BR> As already informed to the exchanges, Board of Directors of the Company met today and inter alia transacted the following business; <BR> <BR> 1. Convened 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company on 22nd September, 2017 at 11.00 AM at ESV Hall, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Race Course Road, Bangalore-560001.<BR> <BR> 2.Decided to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company from 18th September, 2017 to 22nd September, 2017 (both days inclusive) for ascertaining the entitlement of dividend recommended by the Board at their meeting held on 30.05.2017 and for the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 22nd September 2017. <BR> <BR> Please take this intimation on record.<BR>
