Balaji Telefilms Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2015, inter alia, has approved and taken on record the following :<BR><BR>- To raise funds not exceeding Rs. 250 Crores by way of QIP/GDR/ADR/FCCB/ other securities linked to equity / preference shares / any instrument or securities representing convertible securities subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and other necessary approvals, if any, and to increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 20 Crores to Rs. 26 Crores, subject to approval of shareholders.
