Balaji Telefilms Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2016, have considered and declared an Interim Dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2016 as under;<BR><BR>1. At the rate of 40% i.e. Re. 0.80 per equity share of face value Rs. 2/- each.<BR><BR>2. A onetime special dividend at the rate of 20% i.e. Re. 0.40 per equity share of face value Rs. 2/- each is declared by the Company for its continued dominance of over 20 years in the Content Production of Tele Serials.<BR><BR>The above would aggregate to an Interim Dividend of 60% i.e. Rs. 1.20 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2016.
