| Balaji Telefilms Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 20, 2015, inter alia, have transacted the following :<BR><BR>1.The Board has recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.60 per share (30% on par value of Rs. 2 per share) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015, which if declared at the Annual General Meeting to be held on August 31, 2015 will be paid to Shareholders within the stipulated time frame.<BR><BR>2. The Board has also recommended the reappointment of Mrs. Shobha Kapoor as Managing Director and Ms. Ekta Kapoor as Joint Managing Director of the Company for a further period of three years w.e.f. November 10, 2015.<BR><BR>3. The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Arun Kumar Purwar as Additional Director (Independent) of the Company w.e.f. May 20, 2015.<BR><BR>4. The Board has fixed August 31, 2015 as the date for its Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2015. | |
