Balaji Telefilms Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2014, inter alia, have approved the following:<br/><br/>1. Final Dividend of Rs. 0.40 per share (20% on par value of Rs. 2 per Share ) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2014 and the same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting .<br/><br/>2. Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 15 Crs to Rs. 17 Crs subject to the approval of Shareholders.
