Ballarpur Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 and recommendation of Dividend on equity shares, if any.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 23, 2016 till June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) on account of aforesaid Board Meeting.
