Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2017, inter-alia, to:<BR><BR>1. Consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2017 (Q1).<BR><BR>2. Consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2017-18.<BR><BR>The Trading Window, in terms of the Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall remain closed from July 21, 2017 to August 02, 2017 (both days inclusive).
