Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have :-<BR><BR>1. Approved the policies as required under Regulations 9 & 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, the said policies would come into effect from December 01, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has submitted the following policies under the said Regulations :<BR><BR>i) Policy for Preservation of Documents (Annexure - 1)<BR>ii) Policy for Determination of Materiality of Events/Information (Annexure - 2)<BR><BR>2. Authorised the signing and execution of Listing Agreement as the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with the stock exchanges where the equity shares of the Company are listed.
