Banas Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. The Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Execution of Listing Agreement with BSE Limited as per LODR Regulations.<BR><BR>3. Resignation of Mr. Girraj Kishor Agrawal from the post Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from January 30, 2016 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
