| Banas Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 03, 2014, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following :<br/><br/>1. Re-appointment of Mr. Girraj Kishor Agrawal, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment.<br/><br/>2. Re-appointment of M/s. Pravin Chandak and Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the statutory Auditor of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Regularized the appointment of Mrs. Madhu Rajkumar Goel as a Director of the Company.<br/><br/>4. Appointed Mr. Dauji Ladoo Chaturvedi, as an Additional Director of the Company.<br/><br/>5. Appointed Mr. Shaival Gandhi, as an Additional Director of the Company.<br/><br/>6. Appointed Mr. Amit Gulecha, as the Managing Director of the Company for the period of five years on Board.<br/><br/>7. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Tanu Agarwal as Director from the Board. | |
