Banco Products (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 09, 2014, inter alia, decided / approved as under:<br/><br/>- Approved the appointments of Shri Atul G Shroff, Shri. Ramkishan Devidayal , Shri Mukesh D Patel and Shri Sudesh Kumar Duggal, the existing Independent Directors of the Company as Independent Directors of the Company for a period of 5 years subject to approval by shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
