Banco Products (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2016, inter alia, has decided / approved the following:<BR><BR>1. The Board declared Interim Dividend Rs. 0.60 per Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each i.e., 30% for the Financial Year ending on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Shri Kiran Kumar Shetty has resigned as a Director of the Company w.e.f. January 16, 2016 and Board has accepted the same.
