Banco Products (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 14, 2014, inter alia, has approved / noted the following :<br/><br/>1. Re- appointment and remuneration of Shri. Mehul K Patel as Vice - Chairman and Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. August 01, 2014 for further period of 03 years.<br/><br/>2. Re-appointment and remuneration of Shri. Shailesh Thakker as Executive Director and CFO w.e.f. July 20, 2014 for further period of 03 years.<br/><br/>3. Noting of continuation of Shri. Vimal K Patel as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company w.e.f. August 01, 2014.
