Bang Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 14, 2015, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, In accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from August 07, 2015 and would open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
