Bang Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that Board of Directors of the Company through circular resolution dated May 14, 2015 has approved and adopted the code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) and Code of Conduct for Insider Trading pursuant to regulation 8 and regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 which shall come into force w.e.f. May 15, 2015.
