With reference to the letter dated August 14, 2015, informing about the appointment of Shri P. S. Jayakumar as Managing Director & CEO, Bank of Baroda by Government of India vide its Notification dated August 14, 2015 inter-alia stating that he is appointed for a period of three years with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.<BR><BR>In continuation to the above, Bank of Baroda has now informed BSE that Shri P. S. Jayakumar has assumed the charge of the Office of Managing Director & CEO, Bank of Baroda on October 13, 2015.
