| Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that in exercise of the powers conferred under clause (c) of sub section (3) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 read with sub clause (1) of clause 3 of The Nationalized Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme 1970, the Central Government vide their letter Dated June 10, 2014 has appointed Smt. Surekha Marandi, CGM, RBI, as Director of Bank of Baroda vice Shri. Sudarshan Sen, CGM, RBI, with immediate effect and until further orders.<br/><br/>Accordingly, Shri. Sudarshan Sen ceased to be a Director on the Board of the Bank. | |
