Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that the Government of India (GOI) vide its letter dated February 09, 2015 has informed that the Government has decided to infuse capital funds to the tune of Rs. 1260 Crore (One Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Crore) in Bank of Baroda by way of preferential allotment of equity in favour of the Government of India.<BR><BR>The Bank is taking all necessary steps / approvals in this regard.
