| Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub section 3 of section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 read with sub clause (1) of clause 3 and sub-clause (1) of clause 8 of The Nationalised Banks (Management & Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme 1970, the Central Government vide its Notification dated March 10, 2015 has appointed Shri. K. Venkata Rama Moorthy, General Manager, Bank of Baroda as Executive Director, Bank of Baroda, w.e.f. the date of his assumption of the charge of the post and upto January 31, 2019 i.e. the date of his attaining the age of superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.<BR><BR>Shri Moorthy has taken over charge of the post from March 10, 2015. | |
