BANK OF INDIA - Board to consider Interim Dividend

Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on January 17, 2014, inter alia, to consider a proposal to Declare/ pay the Interim Dividend for the year 2013-14.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992, the trading window shall remain closed from January 13, 2014 to January 17, 2014 (Both day inclusive) in view of the aforesaid Board Meeting of the Directors.
