With reference to the earlier letter dated May 15, 2015 in respect of Board Meeting to be held on May 26, 2015 to inter-alia to consider Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2015, Bank of India has now informed BSE that the Board may also consider recommendation of dividend, if any.
