With reference to the earlier letter dated May 15, 2015 and May 22, 2015, regarding Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2015 and recommendation of dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Bank of India has now informed BSE that due to unavoidable circumstances the meeting of Board of Directors has been changed to May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve, Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2015 and recommendation of dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window shall remain closed till May 30, 2015 in view of the aforesaid board meeting.
